All of the industries we serve operate in the near-surface environment which is most susceptible to environmental impact. To minimize this impact IDP develops and promotes products which meet NSF/ANSI Standard 60, whose guidelines govern drinking water treatment chemicals and include drilling fluid additives used during the drilling water wells. This standard addresses the health effects of these chemicals. The majority of Baroid IDP products meet this standard.
